Welcome to the Equal Water Lab

I’m Dr. Riley Mulhern and I run the Equal Water Lab at the University of Colorado Boulder. We are a group of researchers and students focused on the science of drinking water exposures and other environmental health risks.

We are motivated by the reality that the human right to water is not equally experienced by all. The mission of the Equal Water Lab is to accompany communities, policymakers, utilities, governmental agencies, and others to support decision making that tackles environmental disparities and reduces health risks.
